Join us at Richmond Theatre for a retelling of the traditional story of The Rat & The Zodiac for the Chinese New Year. It is the Emperor's birthday and he wishes to know how to tell the time and so he declares a race with animals from across the country. Who shall win the race and have a year named after them?
