Important Booking Information

Please email office@avenuepreprep.co.uk and inform the staff that Little Supernovas will be collecting your child from school. If you do not inform the Avenue, we will be unable to collect your child.

If you require a pick-up time that is not listed please email us at hello@littlesupernovas.com.

Bookings must be made online in advance or via email. On the day bookings are not permitted.

Additional Information

Please select the time that your child requires pick up. By booking you agree that Little Supernovas and staff can take your children from school to the church via a pre-risk assessed route.

Clubs will not run on the following days:

• Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th September (Avenue Closed)

• Friday 18th October (Inset Day)

• Friday 13th December (Avenue half-day)

There will be a £10 charge for parents who are more than 5 minutes late collecting their child.

Please provide a snack for your child. Please note we are a nut-free zone.

Please read the booking terms and conditions below before booking. Please note that by booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please ensure that the contact details you provide are correct and they are checked regularly in case of emergencies.

Booking Terms & Conditions:

Bookings can only be made for children aged 3 + who currently attend The Avenue Pre-Preparatory School, Highgate N6, London.
Refunds are only available at our discretion and if given are subject to a 25% administration charge.

Little Supernovas will not tolerate threatening behaviour or abuse of any kind from adults or children at our schools. We reserve the right to send children home immediately who behave inappropriately or dangerously towards our staff or other attendees of our schools without refunding the space.

If our School or clubs cannot go ahead in person for any reason we will endeavour to go online if possible. If this is not possible then your child’s place will be rolled into our next available school and payment used as credit. You will be informed of these changes.

We keep up to date with government and covid-19 guidelines and will adapt our schools and clubs accordingly, which may mean moving online. Changes made will be for children’s health and safety and by booking you confirm that you understand and accept this.

Any full refunds may be made in extreme circumstances only at our discretion and will be subject to a 10% charge due to transaction fees.

Adults will not be permitted into the venue.

Spaces on our Clubs are not transferable outside of the above conditions.

We cannot apply sibling discounts for after-school clubs.

We cannot hold or reserve spaces and our Clubs are booked on our a first come, first serve basis so we do advise booking early to guarantee your space.

Children must have turned 3 years old before attending.

Little Supernovas are not responsible for your child's loss of property.
Little Supernovas must be made aware of any health conditions or allergies prior to booking and children must be toilet trained.
Little Supernovas holiday schools and clubs are a Nut Free Zone.
