This is the script for Shui & The Water Gaints musical. This script does not include the illustrations. A female-lead version of the script is available upon request.
Synopsis:
Once upon a time, in the south east of Asia, there is a little boy called Shui who lives with his family on the banks of a river. He is told not to go near the river as he cannot swim, but one day he strays too close the bank and slips into the rushing water. Shui’s only chance is to call upon the ancient Water Giants to save him, but are the stories of the Water Giants true and can they really rescue him from the river and return him home?

Once you have purchased the musical you will receive a Digital Downloads an email containing the script without the illustrations. You have 24hrs from when you open the download to save it. You will also receive a WeTransfer link within 24hrs with the music tracks - you will have seven days to download the music before it expires. Please note that we do not provide score sheets.
Included with your purchase of this musical is a 12 month performance licence. The performance licence can be found at the end of the script. This allows you to perform the musical as many times as you like and live stream the performance within the 12 month period. After 12 months you will need to purchase a Performance Licence from us to perform the musical. If you would like to film and produce DVD’s of the performance you will need to purchase our Filmin Licence. Both licences are available in our Musicals Shop.

This musical is about how the seas are being polluted and the aquatic animals that live in our oceans are suffering. It has a message about recycling and working to keep our seas and water clean for us and the animals. With six original songs, beautiful illustrations and a fun and exciting script The Pirate Queen & The Broken Rainbow Quest will captivate children and adults alike.

Terms & Conditions Of The Performance Licence:
This licence is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You will receive an email from Little Supernovas with the expiry date of the licence and an email upon the expiry on the licence.
All schools and educational establishments are required to have a performance licence to perform our musicals publicly and live stream - this includes performances shown to anyone other than pupils or staff. This applies even if you are not charging entry to the show. You are not permitted to record or film the performance or live stream with this licence - for this you will need to purchase our filming licence.
You are allowed to do the following under the terms of a Little Supernovas Performance Licence:
Make 10 copies of the script for learning purposes (within the classroom)
Project the script on a white board for learning purposes.
Reproduce lyrics or project them onto a white board for learning purposes. If you use our lyrics in the performance, we are always grateful if you could credit us: ‘Lyrics reproduced by kind permission of Little Supernovas’.
Your school PRS licence does not cover our musicals, you will need this specific licence to perform these.
Should you or your establishment break these licencing rules Little Supernovas Ltd. reserve the right to take legal action. All music, scripts and lyrics are copyrighted to Little Supernovas Ltd.
