Bookings

I’ve bought a product or made a booking, but haven’t received my confirmation/digital downloads/links emails?

Sometimes the emails go into the junk or spam folders so please check there for your emails. If you still have not received your email within 24 hours contact Hannah at hello@littlesupernovas.com.

Where is my cart/How do I checkout?

When you have booked or selected a product/event on our website scroll to the top of the page and in the top right corner is a button with an image of a trolley and the number of the amount of items. Click this button and it will take you through to the checkout.

On some smart phones, the checkout button can be found by turning your phone screen horizontal/landscape.

I want to book more than 1 ticket/sesssion/product, how do i do this?

To buy or book multiple products/tickets select the quantity you would like, click ‘Book Now’ and fill out the pop-up form. Then go to your cart and you will see all of your bookings. Please note that for online Zoom sessions (including Onceupona Children’s Festival shows) it is one ticket per household so please select quantity 1. For some products such as Storytelling sessions at The Woodman or Prince of Wales, you may have to fill out the form multiple pop-up forms to add your desired quantity.

I’ve accidentally booked the wrong session/show, how do i take it out of my cart?

To delete any bookings or products from your cart, go to your cart and click checkout and in the top right hand corner of the page you will see your bookings and an option underneath each one to delete.

I bought a digital download product such as an activity pack or Musical script what do i do now?

You will receive a confirmation email and a seperate Digital Download email with you activity pack, script or other digital product attached. Then you simply download it and enjoy! You will need to print your activity pack off to get the most out of it. Digital Downloads expire 24 hours after you open them so download immediately after opening it.

I missed my session, what do i do?

If you miss a Storytelling Session at The Woodman or Prince of Wales or a live video storytelling session on Zoom please email us at hello@littlesupernovas.com and we will be able to reschedule you.

How can i support little Supernovas?

You can support us in many ways! You can book a session, event or holiday school with us, buy activity packs and School Musicals and share our social media posts and tell your friends about us to spread to word about Little Supernovas.

refunds & Exchanges

We do offer refunds/exchanges on bookings for our events and holiday schools, subject to terms and conditions. For full terms and conditions please check the details on the booking page for the event.

Holiday schools, Strike Days & After School Clubs

Refunds are only available up until 2 weeks before the start date of our Holiday Schools with a 25% administration charge.

If our schools or clubs cannot run for any reasons your place we will endeavour to go online. If we cannot go online your place will be rolled into our next available school and payment used as credit.

Any full refunds are made only at our discretion and subject to a 10% transaction charge.

Shows

Refunds may be available at our discretion up until 48 hours before the show with a 10% administration charge. If you miss the show, refunds are not available, but we may be able to reschedule you to another of our shows (subject to availability) if you email us at hello@littlesupernovas.com.

Live Video Storytelling Sessions on zoom (Including Onceupona Virtual Festival shows & Story Library)

Refunds are not available for any Zoom session or shows we run, however, if you email us at hello@littlesupernovas.com we may be able to reschedule you, subject to availability.

Supernovas Story Library subscriptions are not refundable, but you can cancel your subscription at any time.

We do not offer refunds for Activity Packs or Musicals.


Holiday Schools

i have booked one of your holiday schools - what do I need to bring with me?

Please bring a packed lunch, snack, water bottle and a named spare change of clothes, if needed. Please do not bring any nuts as we are a Nut Free Zone. In the colder months please ensure your child has a jumper/cardigan with them and a weather-appropriate coat as we do have access to a garden space.

What are the timings for the holiday schools?

Our holiday schools run from 9.30am-2.30pm on weekdays in school holidays with an optional Early Bird drop off of 9am and Twilight Pick up of 3pm.

Can I stay with my child?

No, our holiday schools are drop-off only and parents are not allowed to stay during the day. We ask parents to say goodbye at the front door to the church, but some settling may be required for a few minutes on the first day. We require that all children are toilet trained and able to use the toilet by themselves (we do provide a step and seat if necessary).

What are the requirements for attending?

Children must be aged 3-9 to attend our holiday schools and fully toilet trained (we do provide a step and seat if necessary). Children must have turned 3 before or on the first day of attendance. The booking form must be filled out fully and correctly, with any medical requirements and/or mediciation information given where asked. You may be asked more questions about medical conditions upon arrival to ensure staff are fully informed. You must provide two emergency contacts and they must be able to check their phone/email regularly.

Nurseries & Schools

Do you run sessions in nurseries and Primary schools?

Yes we do! Our classes are fun, interactive edcuational and correspond with the EYFS & National Curriculum. For more information on our classes please click here: Little Supernovas Classes.

How do i book a session for my nursery/school?

Can I book you for world book day and other special events?

Yes you can! We can do one off sessions for World Book Day and any other events that you do such as Chinese New Year, Shakespeare Week, Diwali and Christmas. We can provide sessions for one class or for the whole school or nursery. To book email hello@littlesupernovas.com
