Rainforest - The Musical!

Rainforest The Musical is a musical for your primary school to perform and delight their parents and guardians.

Please purchase through in 2017

Once upon a not-so-long-ago twin toads Todd and Andyphibian lived happily with their parents. The toads have great ambition to discover the beauty of the world. Todd races to the bright lights of The Pond Life Cafe where he sets about working for greedy Lord Warty Toad who couldn't care less about Todd, you and most of all the beautiful world in which we all live. Andyphibian travels to the Rainforest and embarks on a great adventure exploring the fragile eco-system. As he treks he is confronted by confused fish, weeping trees, angry jaguars and worried monkeys all crying out for help to save their rainforest from Lord Warty Toad!

This is a comical and fun musical on a serious enviromental subject. Let your classes of small voices sing the big message - Reduce, Recycle, Re-use.

Rainforest-The Musical was premiered at The Avenue and Pre-Preparatory School Highgate by thirty year 1 and year 2 children. In July 2014, Newham Music Hub performed Rainforest - The Musical at the Copperbox Arena in the London Olympic Park with over 1000 children taking part.

Please contact us through TreePress if you would like to stage a large-scale production.

"This musical truly inspires and encapsulates the Rainforest" - Sarah Stodden, Joint Head, The Avenue Nursery and Pre-Preparatory School, Highgate

"Albertino and I, as well as all the other parents with whom we regularly meet, have wonderful memories of the amazing Rainforest - The Musical, which Brooke Laing produced at the Avenue Nursery and Pre-Preparatory School, Highgate. It was as good as any West End. We were also very impressed by the children, who not only acted very professionally but were also obviously passionate and knew a lot about the cause. A show like this is definitely a fantastic educational tool at all levels."- Retired Chairman, World Land Trust, Albertino Abela and Diane Abela
